At Floral Egypt, we want you to love every artificial flower, tree, vase, and decorative piece you receive. Our Return & Refund Policy ensures that every purchase is handled with fairness, transparency, and care.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
All original tags, protective materials, and accessories must be included.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.
Custom-made, personalized, or bulk orders are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Custom floral arrangements or tailor-made installations
Sale or clearance items
Products damaged due to customer mishandling, improper use, or exposure to unsuitable conditions (e.g., water, extreme heat, or chemical cleaners)
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take every precaution to pack our artificial arrangements, vases, and sculptures safely.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim:
Send an email or WhatsApp message with your order number.
Attach clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue.
Once verified, our support team will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
All claims must be made within the 48-hour window; claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for compensation.
4. Return Process
If your return is approved:
Our team will schedule a pickup through our courier partner.
You will receive confirmation once the item is collected.
After inspection at our facility, we will notify you of the final approval or rejection of your return.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Returns due to defects, damage, or incorrect items: Floral Egypt covers all shipping costs.
Returns for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, color preference): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
6. Refunds for Partial Orders or Promotions
If your order was part of a bundle, set, or promotional offer, partial refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
Free gifts, bonus items, or promotional discounts cannot be refunded or exchanged separately.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order—provided the item has not yet been dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; you must follow the return process outlined above.
Custom or bulk orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing period:
Check your bank or card provider—some institutions may take extra time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us for assistance.
