  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • You will receive confirmation by email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery across Egypt.

  • Standard Shipping (Nationwide): Delivery within 5 business days.

  • Express Shipping (Available in Cairo and Alexandria): Delivery within 2 business days.

  • Custom / Bulk Orders: Delivery timelines will be confirmed individually, depending on the complexity of the order and stock availability.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier capacity, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and method.

  • Free shipping applies to orders above EGP 2,000.

  • Large items (such as artificial trees or sculptures) may incur special handling fees, which will be clearly communicated before you confirm your order.

4. Delivery Areas

  • Floral Egypt delivers exclusively within Egypt.

  • Deliveries are available to all major cities.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional time or fees.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order status directly through our courier partner’s platform.

6. Failed Deliveries & Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery charges may apply.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver after repeated attempts, your order may be returned to us, and re-shipping costs will be your responsibility.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • We take great care in packaging our products, especially fragile vases and large sculptures.

  • We recommend that customers inspect items upon delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To process your claim quickly, we may request photographs of the product and packaging.

  • Replacement or refund options will be provided based on our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Custom-made artificial arrangements, large-scale installations, and bulk orders may have extended processing and delivery times.

  • Our team will confirm expected delivery dates before finalizing your order.

Floral Egypt is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier service interruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays or strikes

  • Government restrictions or force majeure events
